CrossRegional is an independent credit investment and structuring platform focused on identifying, originating, and managing structured credit opportunities for co-investment with institutional investors and family offices.
Founded in 2015 by Pablo Pizzimbono, CrossRegional was established to address structural gaps in private credit markets across Latin America and the United States. Since inception, the firm has been involved in the origination, structuring, and operation of senior secured credit strategies across consumer lending, SME finance, leasing, factoring, and asset-based lending.
CrossRegional provides underwriting, operational, and structuring capabilities across the credit lifecycle, including asset warehousing, securitization, and ongoing portfolio administration. The firm’s operating framework emphasizes governance, reporting, compliance, and transparency consistent with institutional investment standards.
CrossRegional has formed and managed special purpose vehicles and remote bankruptcy trust structures in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States, Mexico, Argentina, Uruguay, and Colombia. These structures have supported securitizations and funding programs backed by consumer loans, SME credit, leasing, and factoring portfolios.
The firm has experience structuring capital markets transactions, including commercial paper programs and cross-border issuances, and coordinating multi-jurisdictional legal, trustee, servicing, and reporting requirements.
To support repeatable execution, CrossRegional has developed proprietary origination verticals aligned with specific asset classes. These verticals are designed to maintain consistent underwriting standards and operational oversight across credit strategies.
CrossRegional also supports investment structures involving digital representations of real-world assets, including participation in structured credit tokenization initiatives. The firm’s role has included structuring support, data and reporting processes, and operational coordination.
