CrossRegional is a private alternative asset company that focuses on specialty finance opportunities in the Americas. With an in-depth understanding of the region's financial landscape, CrossRegional identifies and invests in unique specialty finance assets that offer attractive risk-adjusted returns. We target areas such as consumer finance, SME lending, factoring, and asset-based lending, leveraging our expertise and network to identify scalable investment opportunities. Through CrossRegional Partners, the firm invests in Fintech and consumer Finance companies and is the founder of Clave, a digital lender and loan servicing company. We provide growing companies, with proven track record, management and structure to scale lending through off balance sheet funding facilities. CrossRegional Partners provides knowledge and experience to assist with developing corporate strategy, private equity, branding and marketing and investment funding.

Pablo Pizzimbono

Co-Founder, CEO

Over 20 years of global markets and banking experience. In 2015 Pablo formed CrossRegional. Previously, Pablo served as Head of Global Market Sales for the Americas at HSBC Securities (USA) He joined HSBC in 2002 where he held various roles including Head of Fixed Income Sales for the Americas, Head of Emerging Markets Sales and Head of Credit Sales. Pablo started his career at JP Morgan covering hedge funds active in emerging markets. Pablo earned an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA from Manhattanville College.

Marcelo Pizzimbono

Co-Founder, Advisor

Over 25 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining CrossRegional, Marcelo managed the U.S Equity Franchise Sales effort at Goldman Sachs. Before re-joining Goldman in 2017, he led the U.S. Equity Sales and Prime Finance Sales effort at Deutsche Bank. Prior to joining Deutsche Bank in 2010, Marcelo spent 10 years as a U.S. Equity Salesperson at Goldman Sachs, 3 years as a Latin American Equity Salesperson at JP Morgan, and 4 years as a financial consultant for Smith Barney. Marcelo earned an MBA in Finance from New York University Stern School of Business and a BA in International Studies from Manhattanville College

William Kelly

Co-Founder, CFO

Over 20 years of fixed income, credit structuring, and investment banking experience. William was previously a Founder and the CFO for Aracar Group, an Emerging Markets (“EM”) Specialty Finance Company focused on Consumer and Corporate Leasing and Lending.
Previously, William held various roles including Head of Investment Bank, Portfolio Management, P/E and VC sponsor coverage at KGS Alpha Capital Markets, Knight Capital, Credit Suisse First Boston, JPMorgan and Hambrecht & Quist. Prior to his career in Finance he was an aviator and company commander in the US Army. William received his BS/ BA from Boston University in Finance and Economics
